Three methods of crimping hydraulic rubber hose joints

There are many types of high pressure rubber hose joints, but the installation method is basically in the form of crimping, and is connected by connecting threads. The thread of the high pressure rubber hose joints is tightened with its own cone, and the sealing ring is used to achieve the sealing effect.

For threaded seal crimping high pressure hose fittings, there are three installation methods:

1. Peel off the outer rubber for crimping

This crimping method is generally suitable for some types of hoses, and is sometimes used when the size of the high pressure rubber hose joint is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the high pressure rubber hose. Strip off a certain length of the outer rubber layer so that the high pressure rubber hose joint and the steel wire reinforcement layer are tightly crimped, which makes it has better sealing performance.

2. Peel off the inner rubber for crimping

Peel off the inner rubber for crimping means peel off some lengths of the inner and outer rubber layers. This crimping method is more suitable for some large-diameter high pressure rubber hoses.

3. Crimp without peeling rubber

This crimping method is suitable for high pressure rubber hoses with simple high pressure rubber hose processes.
