Seven commonly used hydraulic braided hoses

The high pressure steel wire braided rubber hose is a kind of high pressure hoses whose reinforcement layer is made by a braiding process. The braiding process makes the high pressure rubber hose reinforced and at the same time, the high pressure steel wire braided rubber hose has better anti-burst performance than the high pressure steel wire spiraled rubber hose. Specifications are generally from DN5mm to DN102mm.

The following are the common types of high pressure steel wire braided rubber hoses and the introduction of their types. There are the following seven common models:

1. DIN EN853 1SN/SAE 100 R1AT

This model refers to a one-layer steel wire braided rubber hose with DIN EN853 standard and SAE100 standard.

2. DIN EN853 2SN/SAE 100 R2AT

This model refers to a two-layer steel wire braided rubber hose with DIN EN853 standard and SAE100 standard.

3. DIN EN857 1SN

This model refers to a one-layer of steel wire braided rubber hose with DIN EN857 standard. Compared with the DIN EN853 1SN/SAE 100 R1AT hose, the structure is similar, but its outer diameter is relatively small, which is more suitable for installation problem of narrow space.

4. DIN EN857 2SN

This model refers to a two-layer steel wire braided rubber hose with DIN EN857 standard. Compared with the DIN EN853 2SN/SAE 100 R2AT hose, the structure is similar, but the outer diameter is smaller, which is more suitable for solving the problem of narrow installation space.

5. SAE 100 R5

This model refers to a one-layer steel wire braided hose with SAE 100 standard. Unlike the hose of DIN EN853 1SN/SAE 100 R1AT or DIN EN 857 1SC, its outermost layer has a more weather-resistant and ozone-resistant braided fiber.

6. SAE 100 R16

This model refers to a one or two layer steel wire braided rubber hose with SAE 100 standard, similar in structure to the several hoses mentioned above, but SAE 100 R16 has a smaller bend radius and a smaller outer diameter.

7. SAE 100 R17

This model refers to a one or two-layer steel wire braided rubber hose with SAE 100 standard, similar to the R16 model hose, with the smaller bend radius and outer diameter, in addition, it has a maximum working pressure of 21MPa.
